WeebzDev Tools Terms of Service Agreement

TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between WeebzDev Tools, a small business (UMKM) based in Indonesia, and the user (“User”) who wishes to access or use the services provided by WeebzDev Tools. By accessing or using any service offered by WeebzDev Tools, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms, they should not use any services provided by WeebzDev Tools.

1. 1. Definitions
1. “Services” means the file storage and sharing features offered by WeebzDev Tools, powered by Amazon Web Services.
2. “User Content” means any files, data, or other materials that users upload or submit when using the Services.
3. In this Agreement, the terms “We,” “Us,” or “Our” specifically refer to WeebzDev Tools.

1. 2. General Terms
1. WeebzDev Tools offers a platform that allows users to upload, store, and share digital files.
2. These terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the service, including visitors, registered users, and any other parties.
3. If you do not accept these terms, you may not access or use any of the services provided by WeebzDev Tools.

1. 3. Use of Services
1. Users agree to use the Services only for lawful activities and in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
2. Users must not upload or share any content that violates copyrights, or is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
3. Users also agree not to use the Services in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Users understand that WeebzDev Tools does not control, support, or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any User Content.
5. WeebzDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with prior notice given to the user when possible.

1. 4. User Data Ownership
1. Users retain full ownership of all data, files, or content (“User Content”) they upload or store through the Services.
2. WeebzDev Tools does not claim ownership of User Content and will not access, modify, or share it unless necessary to operate the Services or required by law.
3. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on others' intellectual property or violate any laws or regulations.
4. Although WeebzDev Tools does not monitor content, we reserve the right to remove any content reported as illegal or in breach of our policies.

1. 5. Fees and Payment
1. WeebzDev Tools may charge fees for access to certain features or services.
2. Users agree to promptly pay all applicable fees related to their use of the Services.
3. WeebzDev Tools may update its pricing or payment terms at any time, with advance notice to users.
4. If payment is not received by the due date, WeebzDev Tools may remove all associated user data after providing prior notice.

1. 6. Disclaimer of Warranty
1. WeebzDev Tools provides its Services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without any guarantees or warranties of any kind.
2. WeebzDev Tools does not guarantee that the Services will always meet your needs, or that they will be free from errors, interruptions, or security issues.
3. WeebzDev Tools explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

1. 7. Limitation of Liability
1. WeebzDev Tools is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Services — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
2. If any claim arises related to this Agreement, WeebzDev Tools’ total liability will be limited to the amount the User has paid for the Services.
3. WeebzDev Tools is not liable for any damage caused by unauthorized access to or use of User Content.

1. 8. Indemnification
1. The User agrees to protect, defend, and hold WeebzDev Tools and its officials harmless from any claims or damages.
2. The User will cover and defend WeebzDev Tools, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from the User’s use of the Services, their content, or any violation of this Agreement.

1. 9. Termination
1. WeebzDev Tools may end this Agreement and suspend the User’s access to the Services at any time, with or without reason, by notifying the User.
2. Access may be limited for some Users due to security concerns, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.
3. When the Agreement ends, the User’s access will be stopped immediately and all their content will be removed.
4. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10 of this Agreement will still apply even after termination.

1. 10. Refundspolicy
1. All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

When you use Our Services, we may ask you to provide certain personal information that can be used to contact or identify you. This personal information may include, but is not limited to:

1. Email address
2. Full name
3. Profile picture
4. User Agent

By using the Services, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, they must not use the Services offered by WeebzDev Tools.
